Time is Brain

The Team Behind the Change in Brain Monitoring with BraiN20®

At Time is Brain, we have developed BraiN20® the future of neurological monitoring.

Time is Brain was founded in 2020 as a spin-off from Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol by three leading neurologists—Dr. Alicia Martínez, Dr. Antoni Dávalos, and Dr. Jaume Coll—with the shared ambition to revolutionize the management of stroke and other neurological disorders, through bedside and easy-to-use nervous system real-time monitoring.

At Time is Brain, we’ve developed BraiN20® the future of neurological monitoring.

Dr. Antoni Dávalos is a globally recognized Key Opinion Leader in stroke care. Dr. Alicia Martínez and Dr. Jaume Coll accumulate more than 30 years of experience in neurophysiological assessment of the nervous system and Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM).

This inspired the development of BraiN20®, the world’s first non-invasive, real-time brain monitoring device capable of assessing brain viability continuously. Their vision: to empower medical teams with a technology to improve and manage patients’ outcome expectations.

Time is Brain is more than just a company—it's a mission-driven team-. Alongside its founding members, the company is supported by an experienced Board of Directors and a highly committed team.

Together, we are building a new standard in stroke and other neurological disorders care by bringing technological innovation where it matters most: directly to the patient, when every second counts.
